SATSANG or Spiritual Gathering is held every Thursday evening. We have a short lecture or question/answer time, or chanting, followed by group meditation. We begin at 7:30 PM and end about 8:45 PM. Donation only.

PRAYERS & MEDITATION are held mornings at 6:30 AM and in the evening at 10:00 PM. Main classroom; open five minutes before beginning time.

TEACHER CONSULTATIONS are available by appointment. Call 651-645-1291 to meet with resident faculty members. Donation.

TEACHER TRAINING in Hatha Yoga and Meditation is offered in beginning and intermediate levels. Courses available for teacher training credit are marked TT followed by the number of credit hours. Those wishing to study to become a yoga teacher should call the office for applications.

PRIVATE RETREATS are available for all seekers. IHT offers guidance in personal retreats of any length with the assistance of the spiritual directors. Call for a retreat brochure or ask to speak to a spiritual director.

SELF-RENEWAL PROGRAM is available at IHT.

BED & BREAKFAST is available for out of towners wishing to attend seminars and classes at IHT. Cost is $54.00 per night. Call for room availability.

BETAR^® is the ultimate relaxation machine! It can take you to depths of unimaginable quiet and joy as it removes stress from your muscles. Call the office to schedule a "BETAR ride" for 30-60 minutes. Cost is $1.00 per minute.

KARMA YOGA is the action of service for others. IHT is always in need of help with cleaning, gardening, office work, errands, and much more. Call anytime to offer your help: 651-645-1291.
